In 2023 KADA completed all the heavy civil and underground infrastructure work for Niacon Limited. 

In 2023, KADA successfully finished the Infrastructure Renewals project, which encompassed the complete reconstruction of four streets Margret, Gadsby, Nye and Northhaven Road. located in Welland Ontario. This comprehensive project involved upgrading the Sanitary system with laterals, installing a new Storm sewer, Watermain, as well as implementing new Water services, Roads, Curbs, and Sidewalks.

In 2023, KADA achieved the successful completion of the Fairfeild Ave Watermain and Road Reconstruction Project in Hamilton. This significant project encompassed a comprehensive road reconstruction, including the installation of new Roads, Curbs and Sidewalks, alongside the implementation of a new Watermain and Water services. The completion of this project played a crucial role in revitalizing the historic neighborhoods of Hamilton.

In 2024, KADA is set to complete the extensive Valve Project at the intersections of Queenston & Nash and King & Nash Road. This intricate project involves the replacement of a 1200mm CCP water main and the installation of four large valves and chambers,  This project forms a crucial part of Hamilton's ongoing infrastructure upgrades in the area, prompted by the introduction of the new LRT. KADA is proud to be involved in a project of such magnitude.
